Club responds to Covid-19 pandemic with financial support to food banks and organizations helping seniors and families.
Our Rotary Club has provided $1,000 each to:
The Giving Point Food Pantry in Winthrop Harbor, IL who is currently providing food boxes for 350-400 families each week.
Abiding Love Food Pantry in Zion, IL who is currently providing food to 300-350 families each week.
Grand Parents and Kin Raising Children, who supports many families with help providing necessary school supplies and filling needs of those on a fixed income finding themselves needing to care for children during school closings.
Our Shining Stars Foundation who is providing cleaning, paper supplies and food to our seniors who are unable to get to the store or food pantries to fulfill their needs.
